Head of Administration
Responsibilities:
- Develop policies and supervise administrative staff.
- Coordinate office operations and facilities.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and monitor expenses.
- Coordinate with finance for financial tasks.
- HR Support: Assist HR with recruitment and compliance.
- Manage benefits administration.
- Operations: Streamline processes for office efficiency. Address staff concerns and manage supplies.
- Oversee office space and vendor relationships.
- Liaise between management and staff. Facilitate inter-departmental communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- From 3 years administrative management experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail - oriented and adaptable.
- Ability to work under pressure with integrity.
