German Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Swissmoney)

We are constantly growing; therefore, we are looking for Customer Support and Operations Specialist to join forces and achieve our growth goals together.
Main responsibilities:
- Daily communication with B2C & B2B clients via Live chat & Emails;
- Escalation of complex cases, incidents, bugs, and other types of requests;
- Cultivating positive, long-lasting customer relationships to drive retention and loyalty;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Meeting set SLAs & KPIs;
- Provide suggestions for improving team activities, services, or a product.
What we expect:
- Previous experience working in customer support or a client-facing role. Compliance/Fintech knowledge is a nice bonus but not required.
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
